ACM works with more than 400 members located in 48 U.S. states and 20 countries.
The effort of this project, conducted by HUME and supported by the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, was to implement findings from the science of child development into the design to enhance family and children’s health and wellbeing.
SCOPE:
Carrying out initial data analysis from ACM members to extract common goals and approaches
Co-creating and participating in the webinar that introduced the concept of science-informed design and human-centred environments to children’s museum professionals
Conducting the post-webinar survey to understand which insights would be most useful for ACM’s member organisation
Co-creating a set of design guidelines.
